Welcome to Learnply, an online tutoring platform that connects students with tutors for class bookings. Before using our services, please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Learnply website and services. By accessing or using Learnply, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1-Learnply Platform
Learnply provides an online platform that enables students to find and book tutoring classes with tutors. Learnply acts as an intermediary and does not employ or contract tutors directly. We do not provide tutoring services ourselves.
2-Eligibility
To use Learnply, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3-Account Registration
To access certain features of Learnply, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4-Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Learnply:
a. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
b. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
c. Harassing, abusing, or harming other users of the platform.
d. Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
e. Interfering with or disrupting the Learnply platform or its services.
1-Tutoring Services
Learnply allows students to browse tutor profiles, view their qualifications and experience, and book tutoring classes with them. Learnply does not guarantee the availability of any particular tutor or the quality of their services.
2-Booking and Payments
Students can book tutoring classes by selecting a tutor, specifying the desired date and time, and making the required payment through the Learnply platform. Payments are processed securely, and Learnply may charge a service fee for processing transactions.
3-Cancellations and Refunds
Students may cancel a booked class, subject to the tutor’s cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the tutor’s cancellation policy. Learnply is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from cancellations or refunds.
4-Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes on time and being prepared for the tutoring sessions. Any additional materials or resources required for the class should be provided by the student unless otherwise agreed upon with the tutor.
1-Tutor Profiles
Tutors on Learnply are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date profiles. Tutors must provide true and complete information regarding their qualifications, experience, availability, and pricing.
2-Tutoring Services
Tutors agree to provide tutoring services to students who have booked their classes through the Learnply platform. Tutors should deliver the agreed-upon services with professionalism and in accordance with industry standards.
3-Pricing and Payments
Tutors set their own prices for tutoring classes and are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their pricing information. Tutors must agree to provide the first class for free to apply our rules. Learnply will handle the collection of payments from students and remit the earnings, minus any applicable service fees, to the tutor.
4-Cancellations and Refunds
Tutors may have their own cancellation policies, which should be clearly communicated to students. Tutors are responsible for managing any cancellations and refunds in accordance with their stated policies.
5-Tutor Qualifications
Tutors are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary qualifications, certifications, and licenses required to provide tutoring services in their respective fields. Learnply does not verify the qualifications of tutors and is not responsible for their conduct or services.
1-Modification
Learnply reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the Learnply website. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
2-Termination
Learnply may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the platform and services, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions.
1-Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization]. The arbitration shall take place in [Jurisdiction], and the language of the arbitration shall be [Language]. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration.
2-Entire Agreement
